Trust is the number factor to think about. Trust comes in many forms—you want to trust that your handyman will be on time, that he’ll get the job done right, that he’ll keep your home clean etc. The best way to build trust is to communicate. Another way is to ask your handyman about his background and get to know them better—where are you from originally? How long have you been in the business? These are great questions to get to know your handyman better.

#2 Experience
